My name is Lisangelyk P. Munoz pretty much all my life I have been dancing. I started
dancing at the tender age of 3 in San Juan, Puerto Rico (that's where I was born) but I never
thought I was good at it, I just thought I had to do it because my mom made me.
When I moved to the states I continued dancing as I got older. When I got into middle school
I took a dance class and that's where I found my inspiration. My 6th grade dance teacher was
wonderful!!!! Most dance teachers I had where really mean and strict. So meeting her was a
delight. She was the one who showed me not to give up and to keep on dancing.
I guess because of her I took education as my career (to show other dancers
that there is another type of teacher, the nice ones and the ones that care about there
students)
